December training
As the cold weather settles in, the indoor trainer hours start to rise. I don't dislike the change in season or the colder weather, but the lack of daylight hours makes training inside more of a necessity. I tend to replay the cyclocross season over and over in my head as I go through longer trainer sets. It's a great time to reflect on how I could have handled that tricky turn a little better while allowing the moves that went well to sink in. Due to an injury this year, I missed the first half of the season but look forward to a full season next year.
